By accessing or using RecipeHaul, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

RecipeHaul is a recipe management application that allows you to:

Import and save recipes from websites
Create and manage meal plans
Generate grocery lists from recipes and meal plans
Share recipes and lists with household members

User Accounts

To use RecipeHaul, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
Use automated systems or software to extract data from the service

Imported Content

When you import recipes from third-party websites, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to save and use that content for personal purposes. RecipeHaul does not claim ownership of any recipes you import.

Household Sharing

RecipeHaul allows you to create or join households to share recipes, meal plans, and grocery lists with family members. You are responsible for the invite codes you share and should only invite trusted individuals to your household.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that RecipeHaul will be available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

RecipeHaul is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss or service interruptions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of RecipeHaul after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
